Average Mode Technology

The American Heart Association recommends taking 2 or more consecutive blood pressure measurements and averaging the results to obtain a more accurate reading. With the flip of a switch, this monitor automatically takes three measurements and averages the results.

Note: Position the monitor at the same level as your heart during measurement to ensure accurate readings. The measurement results that users receive are for reference only. If users have any blood pressure concerns, please consult a physician. It is recommended that persons with sever hypertension, severe diabetes or severe atheriosclerosis consult their physical prior to measuring blood pressure at the wrist.

Note: Blood pressure values vary constantly throughout the day. For the most accurate readings, measurements should be made regularly at the same time each day. Before taking a measurement, the user should remain relatively still for 10-15 minutes and avoid exercise, eating, drinking alcohol, smoking and other activities that might influence blood pressure values.
